JLX Sport Unites 50 Companies Under New Social Democratic Leadership

In March 2024, under my leadership our corporate ideology has shifted to a center-left perspective. As a result, we have seen a notable response from our employees across our three locations owned by my father. In our German office, 12 employees have expressed their intention to leave, while 6 have done so in Croatia, and 4 in Japan.

We are actively working to fill these positions with workers who align with our new social democratic values. This transition marks a significant change in our company’s philosophy, moving away from a liberal stance toward a more center-left ideology.

We remain committed to fostering an inclusive and progressive workplace that reflects our evolving values.
