Data Processing by Facebook and Instagram

​We maintain profiles and fan pages on both Instagram and Facebook to inform users, interested parties, and customers about our services. These platforms are provided by Facebook Ireland Limited, located at 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland.

When accessing our company website through these social networks, please be aware that transfers of data to third countries, such as the USA, may occur. As the operators of a Facebook/Instagram fan page, we share joint responsibility with Facebook for processing the personal data of visitors to our page, in accordance with Article 26 of the GDPR. As page operators, we do not make decisions regarding the processing of Insights data or any other information outlined in Article 13 of the GDPR, such as the legal basis, identity of the data controller, and cookie storage periods on user devices.

Facebook acknowledges joint responsibility for Insights data along with the page operators and assumes primary responsibility, as detailed in the Page Controller Addendum.

If you are logged into your Facebook or Instagram profile, Facebook can analyze your usage behavior and create a usage profile based on this behavior. This user data is regularly processed for market research and personalized advertising purposes. The data processing is based on your consent, pursuant to Article 6 (1) Sentence 1 Letter a of the GDPR.

Please note that Facebook Insights and the entire Facebook fan page is a service of Facebook Inc. As the provider of the fan page and the Facebook Insights tool, Facebook collects and evaluates personal data necessary for our statistics, establishing a personal connection based on this data. However, we do not have visibility into the specific data collected by Facebook for creating the Insights statistics that are anonymously provided to us, or for any other purposes beyond generating these site statistics.

Additionally, we have no influence over Facebook’s collection and processing of personal data beyond our own statistical objectives. For instance, Facebook may create usage profiles based on the data collected for us and beyond, potentially linking this information to your private profile on Facebook or other platforms. Facebook is solely responsible for any additional data collection and processing.
