JLX Sport United 50 Companies Under New Social Democratic Leadership

In March 2024, under my leadership, our corporate ideology shifted to a center-left perspective. As a result, we have seen a notable response from our employees across our three locations owned by my father. In the German office, 12 employees have expressed their intention to leave, while 6 have done so in Croatia, and 4 in Japan.

We actively worked to fill these positions with personnel who align with our new social democratic values. This transition marks a significant change in our company’s philosophy, moving away from a liberal stance toward a center-left ideology. By March 25, 2025, our corporate ideology will officially be social democracy, coinciding with the final worker replacements.

We remain committed to fostering an inclusive and progressive workplace that reflects our evolving values.
